Jason hosted his first Lessons in Lamb evening at Cotesbach Educational Trust on Saturday 8th October 2016.
Jason started the evening demonstrating how to cut and prepare a lamb from his own stock and explaining what the best methods of cooking were for each joint. His enthusiastic audience asked a variety of questions along the way and the evening ended with a delicious lamb curry and accompaniments.
